Positive: Everything was perfect as it was the last time. This place fits our family of 6 perfectly. Comfortable beds, even the pull out couch was comfortable. Always clean and well kept.

Negative: Lacking on the kitchen utensils like pots and pans. Last time we didn't need to cook but this time we did and there was not anything big enough to even cook for a small family...

Positive: Space was very clean. Fit our family well. Flexible check in was awesome as we had weather issues and arriving a day late. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. We didn't hear the people up stairs at all. Beds were really comfortable.

Negative: No eating table was a slight inconvenience with our kids but not a deterrence. I should have asked as I didn't see anything in the pictures.

Positive: Clean suite with lots of room and a great kitchen. Lots of free parking. High speed Internet and a TV. Very bright considering it was a basement suite. The host was pleasant. Overall it was a great place to stay and great value! Highly recommended.

Negative: The suite was not marked and I thought it was inside the front door. Before I could do that the host came out and informed me that the entry door was at the side of the house. It was a bit noisy close to a major road. They didn't provide shampoo or soap and I had to buy some. I would have brought these items if I had known.

Summary: Very nice roomy suite and great value
