Negative: The only thing was that the wifi password was not in the place and had to contact owner for it. Otherwise place was great.

Positive: Comfort and the extra's in the house like the coffee varieties, spices, shower soap, shampoo & conditioner the Ice maker were a bonus and other kitchen appliances made the kitchen a pleasure with a jacuzzi spoil The view is terrific! Living area and the patios on all 3 levels of the house were the best to enjoy. Appreciated the host's prompt and friendly reply

Negative: The only 1 thing could be the outside couch on the ground level (close to jacuzzi) that would appreciate new/fresh cushions. There is a broken hammock that just makes one wish it were still usable - not a necessity, but would be a bonus spoil

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t recommend this place highly enough. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and generous, making us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The sea views were simply breathtaking and made our stay extra special.

Negative: The only drawback was the neighbors, who allowed their two dogs to use the area as a toilet and did not clean up afterward. Overall, however, the hosts and the property were excellent.

Positive: An idyllic little gem with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Exactly the break I needed before the hustle and bustle of the festive season begins.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing not to love, it was everything and more than I expected.

Positive: Really lovely location for penguin viewing, visiting cape of good hope and Simon town had some lovely eateries like Think Coffee. The house is no 31a on sign outside and when you reach the end of the road it is straight ahead not the drive up the hill. There is everything you would need to self cater, beautiful views over the bay from verandah. Small point, the doors were a bit of a challenge - bathroom handle broken and we never managed to get our verandah door open but could use the one in our daughter's room.

Negative: Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Also on our last evening the tv was also not accessible because of too many people using netflix.
