Positive: Really lovely location for penguin viewing, visiting cape of good hope and Simon town had some lovely eateries like Think Coffee. The house is no 31a on sign outside and when you reach the end of the road it is straight ahead not the drive up the hill. There is everything you would need to self cater, beautiful views over the bay from verandah. Small point, the doors were a bit of a challenge - bathroom handle broken and we never managed to get our verandah door open but could use the one in our daughter's room.

Negative: Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Also on our last evening the tv was also not accessible because of too many people using netflix.
