Positive: The apt was very spacious and very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Location was very close to Old San Juan! Not within walking distance but 10 min drive and very easy to get an Uber. Washer / Dryer worked well. No street noise.

Negative: Very little WARM water pressure in both showers! Difficult to rinse shampoo from hair. Not notified that Outlet in one bathroom did not work. Mgt did provide extension cord when asked about fixing the outlet. No elevator and apt was on 3rd floor

Negative: Noisy area. Bedroom windows had no sound proofing (not linked to power cuts). Both bathroom door handles broken. Loose tap in kitchen. Lighting and air con both over complicated.

Summary: Enjoyable stay but niggles with the property spoilt the stay.

Positive: We were on the first floor apartment. It was recently renovation and spacious for a family of four. There were two living areas to hang out in! All the appliances were modern and in good order. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk distance. The beach and Old San Juan were a short drive away with cheap and straightforward parking - provided you arrived before noon.

Negative: All four of us found the beds very uncomfortable - though we found removing the foam layer (we just rolled it off and remade the bed) improved comfort. Although most of the windows were made of glass, the bedroom windows had just clear vinyl, offering no sound buffer from the parking area just outside the window or from heavy trucks and dumpster collection from the road. As much as we loved the apartment, we didn't sleep very well.

Summary: Lovely apartment in Miramar, a short drive from the beach and old San Juan.
