Located in the hills of Escondido, this beautiful gated property rests peacefully on 1.4 acres with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape rich hills. This property has many amazing features that include a gated entry, private parking lot, wrap around porch, multiple out door dining and seating areas, high ceilings, fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, 6 large flatscreen TVs, 2 separate guest villas with their own kitchens , a vegetable garden, orange groves, vanishing edge pool, spa, built in bbq and a fire pit with a view.
The main residence has 4bedrooms/5bed + 1 crib (optional) and 1 large sectional couch with 4 recliners, 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 14 including the guest villa’s. The upper Guest Villa, has its own entry and private deck with market lights, outdoor seating, and an open floor plan with 1 king sofa sleeper, full kitchen, breakfast nook, 1 full bathroom and access to the main house laundry room. The lower Guest Villa also has its own private french door entry off the main driveway, 1 king sleeper sofa, full kitchen with view of backyard, breakfast nook, 1 full bathroom and its own laundry room.
This property is run on solar, our fruit groves and gardens are farmed organically. We invite you to peruse the property and enjoy tasting the various fruits and vegetables in season. For you chefs, don’t over look our beautiful herb garden! We take pride in keeping our property as pristine as possible.This is the perfect hideaway property to enjoy privacy, large group vacations or a family get away.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay with our extended family of 14 ranging in age from 2-65. The pool was awesome with floats available and plenty of lounge chairs. The location is a bit remote, but very close to the Safari Park and about a 35 minute drive to Legoland. The separate guest suites were a little tricky with parents and young kids, but we made it work. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had about the property. Would recommend for large family gatherings.

Summary: The house was beautiful! It had every amenity you could want. The pool was exceptional! We spent most of the time in the pool. Oh, and should mention the organic garden. The tomatoes were a hit with our family! We made homemade salsa with them. Amazing!! Thank you for a great vacation!! We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone.

Summary: My family and friends rented the house for my oldest son’s wedding and to celebrate my milestone birthday. ❤️ The house was amazing! Great kitchen and outdoor/ pool area. Excellent for entertaining! The surprise bonus was the garden which provided fresh tomatoes, strawberries and herbs each day and the gorgeous flowers all around the exterior of the house! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! The property lived up to and exceeded expectations! Thank you again for sharing your lovely home!

Summary: Wonderful place to go and feel like you are away from it all. The views are spectacular, the grounds were magical and they had the place well stocked for everything you could imagine. Would definitely recommend to anyone with small children, pool is very safe with gate and they had a crib and high chair already there! They even had a baby floaty! Thank you for the needed get away! We will be back!

Summary: I have to just start by simply saying this place is amazing!!! I really can't overstate what a wonderful stay we had. Immediately upon checking in we could tell how much pride the owners take in this home, and there was even a bottle of wine and a local olive oil waiting for us (both of which were delicious). The garden and fruit trees gave us fresh strawberries, tomatoes, basil, oranges and lemons throughout our whole stay. The entire house was immaculately clean with all the amenities you could need. We had our infant daughter with us and they even provided a full size crib and high chair. It was only our immediate family this trip, but this house could easily hold a much larger group, and now we are already planning how to get our extended family to come for a visit so we can all stay here together. The pool and hot tub were the perfect way to end the days while watching the sunset over the mountains. It truly felt like we were at a personal resort. Everything felt very private as well, while at the same, it was only minutes from a huge public park complex and the safari park. And if you like to cook or BBQ, the kitchen and outdoor grill set-up are fantastic! And the owners were very responsive and so nice. I could go on and on about how great this place is, but honestly, you just have to experience for yourself. We can't wait to come back!
