Negative: The staff did a great job keeping the kitchen & linens clean. The bathroom still was musty, especially the shower curtain.

Positive: The hot tub was beautiful and super clean. We saw whales! The woman who worked the desk was very kind and helpful. The whole place is amazing with the best views in an incredible area. We met some really cool ladies there traveling.

Negative: The room was comfortable but had some ants get in through the window.

Positive: Amazing location. Super friendly staff. Since this is a hostel it met my expectations.

Negative: I'd say the price was a bit too high comparing to the conditions but the location makes the difference.

Positive: The location is spectacular, the best part of the California coast. Hot tub was a special treat. Seeing wildlife always uplifts me. Saw a humpback whale cruising past.

Negative: It was a bummer that the Lighthouse was being renovated, but I know the wait is worth it! I will be back, hopefully on a long distance bicycle ride.

Positive: The location and atmosphere were fantastic. You are not going to be disappointed by the surroundings - sea views, whale watching, birds and other wildlife Fully functional kitchen. Might not be great for a long stay with children, but a weekend would be great.

Negative: There was a lack of privacy which was expected, but still different than your own hotel room. The lighthouse unfortunately is being renovated and not fully tour-able right now.
