Positive: Price and location.

Negative: Noise of the street all through the night. First room given to us had broken window. Was closed with a cardboard and some duct tape. After complaining first response was “will send someone to repair”. But later as it was unrepairable in an evening they offered an upgraded room. But I didnt like the first response.

Summary: Budget friendly, centrally located, keep low expectations.

Positive: -Location is wonderful! It's close to the waterfront -Close to downtown -Close to Safeway grocery store -Close to scooters to rent -Knox Mountain isn't too far away -Bed is comfy -Rooms are great -Kitchen is spacious, lots of appliances -Outdoor patio with comfy chairs to sit in
