Positive: Nice space.

Negative: The places didn't look like it was freshly cleaned for our arrival. Cobwebs, dusty, ants nest, old candy wrappers found in washroom between the curtin and washer/dryer. The host was awesome and tried to rectify our water issue the best she could, greatly appreciated. I think the manager not doing such I good job, even though I booked in advance her excuse was that due to such short notice things weren't done in a timely manner.

Positive: I loved this villa! Safe and secure location and definitely felt like our home away from home. The host was amazing and was always 1 call or text away. Room sizes and bathrooms are impressive. The place was clean and well decorated. The host left us a few beverages on arrival which was super cute 😍

Positive: The property is very modern, clean, beautiful and the gated community is peaceful

Negative: I’ve stayed at this property before and I didn’t experience technical difficulties with the internet however on this stay the connection was in and out quite often

Positive: The property was modern and clean. The proximity to Ocho Rios was a plus if you have access to a car. The property should not, however, be marketed as walking distance from the town. That’s very misleading.

Negative: There were too many mosquitoes inside the unit. My kids, wife and I were bitten multiple times, especially while in bed. The property should have been fogged or mosquitoes exterminated in between check-in.

Summary: Very modern and clean facilities but the abundance of mosquitoes throughout the unit was almost unbearable. Need to fog

Positive: It’s in a great Location that’s very secure. The layout is open and very comfortable. Each room is full of amenities and is big enough for a large family.

Negative: Washing machine wasn’t working for our stay unfortunately
