Positive: Very good and varied and very attentative staff replenishing all the plates and bowls to keep the display looking attractive.

Negative: The only thing we did not like was the open shower enclosure which flooded most of the area around the sink as well. A potential hazard!

Summary: A very comfortable stay. We will be back!

Positive: Location was incredible. Easy walk to so many shopping options. Right on a beautiful canal.

Negative: Bathroom smells strongly, bad. Seemed clean so it might be a water leak, must type issue. It was unfortunate as otherwise things were great with the room and location. There is a bar right below us so there was lots of noise, smoke smell coming in the entry, hall and room, but for some this could be a positive. Noises from upstairs and down the hall were loud in our room. Sound proofing could be improved. It could have been worse if we were going to bed early and leaving early, but for us we were keeping late hour so it wasn’t a problem.

Negative: No air conditioning- which made the room a little hot as the temperatures were unusually warm for Holland
