Positive: 1. Location- only 5 minutes drive from the beach and shops. 2. Good clear view from the porch all the way to the sea. 3. Air condition to each room. 4. Kitchen- seems fairly new and useful. 5. Good communication with Fran the landlord before and during the stay. 6. Parking- designated parking spot under the building to park your car out of the sun. 7. Two outside pools in the complex as well as 2 tennis courts. 8. Washing machine and small porch to dry your clothes next to the kitchen. 9. Short drive to Mojacar which is worth visiting, pueblo and playa and to Garrucha. 10. Two bathrooms and two good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds. 11. The complex is gated for additional security.

Negative: No real issues to report.

Positive: We had a great few days in this apartment, which was very well equipped, tastefully decorated and with a fantastic terrace! Alex and Fran were super attentive and always available to help. Very comfy mattresses too!

Positive: Fran and Alejandro are super friendly and were happy to make our stay easy and uncomplicated. We got great recommendations for everything to experience in the area, also restaurants, beaches and so on. The flat is perfectly equipped, very clean and also decorated with love to detail. The terrace is super nice and huge. Cabo del Gata is close and there are a lot of nice beaches to discover anyways. All in all we don’t have any complaints and can highly recommend this place!
