Positive: Very centrally situated. One of the best well equipped accommodations we have stayed in. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we required. The beds were super comfortable. A very well looked after property. The little additions were so thoughtful, would not hesitate to book this again.

Negative: Heron's View has everything we required. Difficult to find any faults with Accommodation or communication.

Positive: Herons Riverview was a beautiful Maisonette apartment located in the heart of Broughty Ferry with wonderful sea views and within close proximity to everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and renovated to a high standard, with every amenity we could have hoped for. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of bedding for extra guests, if needed. There was even some lovely goodies left for us in the fridge, along with plenty of tea/coffee facilities. We will definitley stay again if we're back in Broughty Ferry.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Summary: One of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in.

Positive: We loved our stay at Herons, it was the perfect home away from home. The rooms and facilities were excellent, and the welcome treats in the fridge were a really nice touch. We didn't cook, but for anyone wishing to, the kitchen was very well equipped. Great location for exploring Broughty Ferry on foot, and visiting Dundee, St Andrews and the surrounding area.

Positive: Home from home, as it was Christmas, the decorations were up. I slept in the master room well, I’m a fussy sleeper! I’d stay here again. Tesco is a short walk and some good places like the Fort to eat. I would just say the boiler is in a vented cupboard in the second bedroom just a heads up for fussy sleepers like me.

Owners contacted us to say they had put heating on which was great. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could not fault anything..very easy access to Apartment..

We really appreciated the Tunnocks goodies and bottle of Prosecco left for us to enjoy. Communication with Allan was excellent.
