Positive: Home from home, as it was Christmas, the decorations were up. I slept in the master room well, I’m a fussy sleeper! I’d stay here again. Tesco is a short walk and some good places like the Fort to eat. I would just say the boiler is in a vented cupboard in the second bedroom just a heads up for fussy sleepers like me.

Positive: Apartment was fantastic. Bright clean comfortable and had everything we needed .. stayed for 2 nights with friends and we complimented on how beautiful the Apartment was . Owners contacted us to say they had put heating on which was great. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could not fault anything..very easy access to Apartment..

Positive: Herons Riverview is in a superb location for exploring Broughty Ferry. The property is very well appointed, immaculately clean, beds are very comfortable, the view is wonderful! We really appreciated the Tunnocks goodies and bottle of Prosecco left for us to enjoy. Communication with Allan was excellent.

Positive: The property was like it was brand new and we were the first people whoever stayed in it. It had all amenities - we needed nothing. Love the Prosecco.

Negative: We visited with my 92 year old mother. It would have been nice to know there were stairs to the front door.
