Positive: Despite the good reviews I was a bit apprehensive about staying here. Part of a health club? On a business estate? Turned out I needn't have worried Very spacious, well fitted and kitted out, attractive & comfortable. Easy run gch & the luxury of a permanently warm bathroom. Excellent shower. We try to travel light but some places don't even have a couple drawers, hanging space or a bedside table but this place had plenty of storage space for out bits & pieces Plenty of parking. Quick access to all major routes & Hungerford itself We used the cafe & bar for breakfast - toast & tea - cheap, quick, well cooked

Negative: The cafe & bar could really do with a good clean

Positive: I received an email a few days before my stay to confirm arrangements for accessing the apartment. I appreciated that as it was dark when I arrived. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had everything that I needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and had I wanted to cook a meal, it wouldn't have been a problem. The bed was really comfy. I was concerned on arrival that there wasn't a dressing table in the bedroom but there was a long lamp desk in the lounge which was perfect to use for all my lotions and potions. I didn't use the facilities in the health club but it is handy for anyone who wants to. I will be staying here again and would definitely recommend.

Negative: It would have been better if I had remembered there is a cafe as part of the health club because the food smelled lovely as I left to go home!

Summary: A clean, nicely furnished and well equipped apartment. I will be staying here again.

Negative: There’s no shop nearby so some milk, coffee, tea would have been welcome. Also bed linen was scratchy - IKEA at a guess. Nicer linens are available at similar cost.

Positive: A spacious and comfortable apartment for a short stay. Great to have dedicated parking as well as a private outdoor space. It's also a real bonus to have free access to the leisure centre next door. The location is fine on the edge of town, just a short walk to the centre.

Negative: Although it is well equipped it would have been useful to have a pair of oven gloves. There was also occasional noise from people using gym equipment above.

Positive: I very much liked the fact that I could use the place as a home from home - and could host my local friends there. Good range of facilities

Negative: Equipment instructions more easily located - perhaps in a drawer rather than on a top shelf - where a short person couldn’t easily spot them! It took me two days to find them!
