Summary: Front desk staff was awesome. Property worn down, rooms run down. Front staff excellent. Breakfast not served until 730. Had early flight couldn’t even get coffee

Summary: I would never choose to stay anywhere else in Eilat. If you ever close your eyes and dream of the perfect vacation a d the perfect hotel, then Herods Palace is that place! Hard to imagine something better. Eilat plus Herods equal perfect vacation. Almost anything i could say would not be enough or do it justice so I hope the 2 key words - perfect vacation- would convince anyone to give it a try!

Summary: the hotel has an excellent location,near the beach and close to the see walking street, it is not much oriente to the international travellers (mostly focused on domestic business), staff at reception struggled with english and not much helpful (maybe for language barrier?)
