Positive: Clean room, good wifi, good price, friendly staff. 3 minute walk to the ferry boat to Phnom Penh.

Negative: Very small room. Also bathroom has no shower curtain/area, so always water all over the bathroom floor, quite annoying.

Positive: - Great central location very close to the river (and the docking point of the boat to/from Phnom Penh), lots of restaurants, etc - Clean rooms - Staff was very helpful and helped us arrange transport to local sights (we even played billiards on the last day!)

Negative: - Room a bit on the small side - Windows were frosted so you couldn't see out of them; however there were no curtains so the outside light came in at night, and in the morning it got bright early

Positive: The location is great and they let us check in at 5am. There is a big supermarket very close by.

Negative: After letting us check in at 5am (we did notify them in advance), they told us that we would have to pay for early check in. It would have been nice to have this information before check in. Our bed had a duvet without cover so I really hope they wash the whole duvets. The bathroom had no separation between the toilet and the shower, so everything got wet.
