Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, breakfast as great, so was the WiFi. We had dinner at the hotel which was also excellent

Summary: Cleanliness were perfect and services as expected or better than expected. It is an old-fashioned hotel with older baths, but still bathrooms feel good enough. Gym was a bit poorly equipped however with no weights.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and we very happy with its central location and beautiful rooms. We had a suite, which was great, but were surprised a rollaway bed cost around $50US per night extra. Most hotels have them for free. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. The rooms were lovely and clean, the building is beautiful with a historic feel, and overall we were very happy there.

Summary: As usual in this hotel I find each time a great attention and good service, that makes the stay pleasant and relaxing. Had a dinner and lunch that were good with sufficiently wide selections. What should be improved is the spa... Location is good for all you need and close to city center.

Summary: Front desk was friendly and responsive. Location excellent. Hotel was what I would call stately--old fashioned but really nice. Breakfast was included in our room fee and had great variety. I was surprised at how nice people in Belarus were. Bed was comfortable, room was a decent size, bath was marbled and had a full tub/shower. Free wifi provided. I would stay there again.
