Positive: While the staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was smooth and pleasant.

Negative: I had a mixed stay at this hotel. The soundproofing was very poor — I could clearly hear people walking, stomping, and furniture being moved in the room above us. On top of that, a dog from a house opposite the hotel barked constantly in the middle of the night, making it very hard to sleep. The bathroom needs better maintenance. Water flowed out easily, there was very limited space to hang clothes or towels, and the towels had a damp, unpleasant smell. The heated pool advertised on the website was also not available. The overall experience did not feel worth the high price paid, especially for a hotel in a small town.
