Positive: The location was perfect for restaurants and shopping.

Negative: The room was clean. The sheets were clean. The tube , sink, and toilet were clean. The pillows were terrible. Even putting 2 pillows together was not enough support. People that Smoked were throwing butts to the bottom floor They really need places for people to extinguish their cigarettes. We walked out the door, and butts were at our first steps to the car. The biggest thing was that the floor had not been cleaned or mopped in who knows how long. You feet and socks and shoes juststuck to it. I finally couldn't take it any longer on day 1 morning, getting ready to go to our VIP event. I went to my car and dragged out all of my emergency clean-up rags. They were all just washed and put in a bag for our trip. I filled the sink with hot, soapy water and mopped the floor. It was on the fourth time of rinsing the rags that the dirt was still so bad that I gave up and literally threw out the rags. I had to put down the towels to dress on so I didn't feel dirty, as we were going to a very nice military retirement ceremony. We got this hotel because we have a pet. The other 2 hotels that all of our friends were at didn't accept pets, so we bit the bullet and knew it was maybe what it ended up being. Oh, well. It wasn't cause it was cheaper it was only because we had our doggie. So I'm sorry that it was like that. I usually never report things like this, but I felt that a dirty floor hat bad is very unsanitary and not safe for people to be walking on. The first evening, we had socks on, and they were black from the Dirty floor. We threw them out also. They accommodated us for the ground floor because of the dog, and it's hard for me to use stairs. But thats it. Sorry

Positive: Quiet. My bed was very comfortable. Clean room. My first room has no working heat and air but I was moved to a better room quickly by the staff.

Negative: Needs allot of upgrades toilet tank lid glued together, blanket on bed had a huge cigarette hole. Desk had no drawer front.
