Summary: Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but the water was the perfect temp every time we showered. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted in the shower and makeup remover on the sink counter. The one thing that would've been nice was hand soap. My daughter got to enjoy the pool which was clean. There's even a 1ft pool for smaller children. It was a nice location with restaurants, grocery stores, CVS, and beer distributor nearby. The place was overall very nice. It is a little outdated but honestly I really liked it.

Summary: Heritage was very clean. Did not have any odors. Bed was very comfortable. Single serve kpod coffee maker in room. Staff was helpful and nice. Restaurant on-site was excellent. Finally found a place in the area that I will definitely go back to.

Summary: This is a great place to stay when visiting Lancaster County. My stay was 3 nights (Fri/Sat/Sun) and it was very quiet each night, I didn't hear any noise at all except about 9 AM each morning. The beds was confortable and the room was very clean. Loxley’s Restaurant is excellent- I ate there each day, delicious food ! Our reunion was accomodated in a private room, which was perfect size and much appreciated! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. This is a great location to see Lancaster. We saw 5 covered bridges, several Amish horse and buggies on the rural roads and much more. Most of our reunion attendees are from Lancaster County and it was a wonderful trip, great to see Lancaster again !

Summary: We loved the hotel and service. We booked online and asked for ADA room but when we arrived were told the King Room did not have ADA available and the room with the walk in shower was unavailable. The front desk worker was able to place us in s double room with ADA specified needs and luckily my mom could get in snd out of the shower. The room was ADA accessible and the equipment was great( handrails, shower seat…). We ate at the Lokley’s attached to the hotel and it was amazing! Our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back! It was a little hard to find since the GPS brings you to the front but the signage is on the opposite side. The only thing i would like to see improved is the online booking process for ADA accommodations. Also, as this is no mark against the hotel- that people would be mindful of the children running around the restaurant and have staff speak to patrons.

Summary: I was a handicap patron. Not being close to the ground floor entrance was sometimes a challenge. My room was next to the cleaning crew’s station which caused my dog to bark if I was not in the room, therefore I could not leave my dog at the hotel and still paid the pet fee. The TV only worked on 2 channels.

Summary: Appropriately priced for what you get. It’s an older hotel but they take care to deliver customer service, comfortability, and cleanliness. Great check in experience and lovely local toiletries and coffee item in room to support small local businesses. Bedding and mattresses were very comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room. Would stay here again. Good value!
