Positive: Very comfortable, modern bathrooms, great showers. Just about everything we needed. We were a towel short but we found Harris Scarfe down the road and bought one so wasn’t a major deal.
Summary: Really liked it and would stay again if in Ballarat.

Positive: The house, stained glass windows, beautiful timber furniture, comfortable beds, warm doonas, a great full modern kitchen, dishwasher it had everything you needed, a coffee machine , fantastic modern bathrooms a excellent large modern bathtub, large hot water service washing machine and dryer, 3 toilets, large backyard plenty of chairs fire pit, TV's in all rooms, computers, free Wifi, gas fireplaces, reverse cycle air conditioning, everything was supplied such as plenty of toilet paper, dish liquid laundry powder, coffee bean's ect ect, close to woolies & Coles ,.sovereign hill,
Negative: The first thing was we smelt cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door, even though it states strictly no smoking in the house, but you can't stop people who don't listen, the other thing was you are allowed to have pet's, good for pet owners bad for other's the laundry area was the designated dog area, it was still dirty from the last peoples dog's the washing machine and dryer smelt doggy the back door had been scratched up by a dog we also got bitten by what l believed to be a flea !! At this point, I would like to state it is not the owner of the house at fault but the cleaner's who did not check / clean this area, l did contact the owner about these things he apologised and thanked me and he said he would look into these issues immediately.

Negative: Originally I had booked this accommodation as it states “pet friendly” upon receiving confirmation I was told that pets were not allowed on carpets , furniture , and the dog bed was outside in the laundry. Sadly this resulted in a family member staying home to look after our dog who is basically our child.
