Positive: Room was extremely comfortable with very effective air conditioning during a heatwave, fully dark at night, and a great location as a base. Friendly and helpful staff.
Negative: Surprised to be asked to pay a (small) tourist tax after the booking site said all taxes and fees were covered. Restaurant and reception close at 5pm during the week.

Positive: Freshly and nicely renovated and well-equipped room, cleanliness, kingsize bed, free parking, proximity to Assen, friendly and helpful host
Negative: No real dislikes to mention, an opportunity for improvement could be the slightly noisy staircase (creaking) and hallway (squeaky door and traditional key system (vs digital key system)). Overall satisfied and happy to return whenever in the region.
