Positive: Very good. Took extra trouble to get gluten free rolls for my wife.

Negative: Room was a bit stuffy when we arrived. Would be good to air the room before guests arrive.

Positive: The property is conveniently located in the center of town and safe. The bedrooms & bathrooms are clean and the bed linen & towels are of good quality and well maintained. Breakfast was sufficient and personally made to order.

Negative: The property is advertised with a pool. Upon arrival we were informed of water damage to the pool, but it actually looks like it has not been completed, as the tiles are not installed, and they are not damaged. Maybe remove the pool from the description or rather state that the pool is out of service before guests arrive.

Summary: Spacious well maintained rooms, with good quality linen & towels. Great location.

Positive: Manager was very accommodating, on Sunday night he provided a meal which was beyond his remit. Abeautiful old house with a magnificent view. Our room was upgraded at no cost.

Negative: We had a challenge with the shower; water was either not flowing or when flowing the hot water was not flowing well - ended up with a cold shower.
