Positive: amazing view from the room. The staff are very friendly.

Negative: kitchen not operating for evening meals. The gym needs a refresh as the cardio kit wasn't working and the multigym needs a service.

Positive: The hotel is located very closed to the sea and you can go for a nice 40-minutes-"beach"-walk in direction to the city center.

Negative: The pool area was a bit drafty and noisy, not the coziest place ever, but fine.

Negative: Unfortunately, the sauna was not working, and the sauna and pool were the main reasons we chose this hotel. We stayed from the 23rd to the 25th, and on the 24th our room was not cleaned despite daily housekeeping being included. Additionally, considering it was winter with below-zero temperatures, the water was quite cold. Although the hotel is rated as a 4-star property, several details such as breakfast quality and bathroom amenities (including a shower curtain with mold) need improvement.

Negative: Unfortunately, the sauna was not working, and the sauna and pool were the main reasons we chose this hotel.
