Positive: The balcony had a good view and we were just a few steps from the beach. We had a problem with the oven. After messaging Javier he came over with 30 minutes and a new oven was fitted the very next day (Christmas eve). The bed was comfortable and we felt very relaxed. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it.
Summary: A perfect place to chill over Christmas.

Positive: We stayed for a few days in May, the apartment is nice, close to the beach. The parking under the building is very comfortable with a wide space for a car, the lift is right there, you don't need to get out of the parking. There is a swimming pool, but we went swimming in the sea and didn't use it. The owner sent us clear instructions about the keys and everything, so we had no problem to get in. There is everything you need in the apartment, apart from an electric kettle, so we had to boil water for the tea in a bowl. Everything else was fine, hot water, nice view from the balcony, comfortable beds. Wi-fi worked OK until the day of departure when it suddenly disappeared. All in all, it was a great stay, no compaints.
Negative: There is no kettle in the kitchen.
Summary: Nice place for a family, close to the beach.

Positive: Beautiful view, relaxing spot, quiet, safe parking. Fantastic paved area by the beach to ride bikes, with lovely bar/restaurants at the nearby beach areas. Fully equipped kitchen, table and chair on the deck. Lift. Supermarket nearby, beach bar nearby.
Negative: Sadly, the facility was let down by a strong odour of bad drains in the kitchen and lounge. We were not staying long enough to want to be interrupted by work being done. No-one checked in with us except re keys. Disappointed. The owner had to know of this as it was not the kind of thing that occurs overnight. No doubt it will be rectified for the season coming.

Positive: Beach is very close , there is parking. Coffee was provided.
Negative: Wifi is non existent, we also used our own mobile internet but it was increadibly slow. There is no roaming there and working is impossible. Water boiler is super small- it is not enaugh for 2 people to wash hair in shower. You need to wait till water warms up. Its increadibly uncomfortable. You are expected to sort rubbish but there is 1 bin only in apartment and no info how to do it. In the street there are only sorted waste bins. Sink in bathroom is clogged. You should clean it. Water leaves super slow. Knifes need to be sharpenned. You cant even cut the tomato in half.
Summary: View is good but apartment management is weak.
