Positive: It was a perfect accommodation, clean, stylish, comfortable and very atmospheric! Thank you for the hospitality, delicious coffee and the opportunity to refresh things from the trip. Great location, friendly host who answered all questions as quickly as possible. It's a pity that there was no opportunity to stay for another day. Graz is now my favorite city in Austria! Thank you!

Negative: We liked the properly, we were surprised by the fact that one bedroom had no doors but a curtain, which was not a problem for us juts a surprise.

Positive: Truly exceptional apartment only a couple of blocks away from the center in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was spotless with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, coffee machine. Nothing to complain about, really good communication with host, all info clearly provided, replied to my queries fast. The pictures really reflect reality. Parking on the street available, though we were there on the weekend not sure how busy it us in weekdays. Definitely recommended.

Negative: Everything was great, and this is not negative just word of advice for those with mobility issues, apartment is on the 3rd floor , did not see elevator in the building. Also there are fans ( I counted 3 ) for use in the apartment instead of aircon, but they were operating very well.

Positive: The flat is beautifully designed and spacious! Its location is also ideal and is situated in a well-connected, peaceful neighbourhood only a couple of minutes on foot from the historic centre. The host, Moritz, is very friendly and helpful.
