Positive: Not a lot really. Best day was a visit to Corfu old town. The ladies that run the complex were helpful.

Negative: Unfortunately both my wife and I use walking aids. The photos on the website show all downstairs accommodation. We were actually given an upstairs apartment. The ladies who run the complex did offer to change, but it was a smaller apartment with only one bedroom. There were three of us.The snack bar staff were surly, the food dreadful, we only used it one time. No butter on the toast, had to request milk for the tea etc

Positive: Property was kept clean and was in a great location. Short walk to the pool and 1km away from beautiful Gouvia bay. Set in nice surroundings. Really comfortable beds! Reception staff were really helpful.

Negative: Mezzanine area was really cramped. It was basic and dated. Staff at the restaurant by the pool were a bit hit and miss (mostly miss!).

Positive: Although the rooms were basic, they had everything that you needed, good a/c, bathroom ok, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and hob. Rooms cleaned everyday except Sunday and towels/sheets replaced every 2 days. Swimming pool clean and a decent size. Pool bar was fine. Friendly staff and reception ladies very helpful.

Negative: On first few days, not many sun beds around the pool, although that increased later in the week. Not many umbrellas for shade available

Positive: The best thing about this property is Sofia in reception. She is a delightful lady who made us very welcome. She is a huge asset to the hotel and is exceedingly helpful.

Negative: The smell of raw sewage at the water’s edge is deplorable! There is a stream of raw sewage going to the sea on the left hand side of this property and it unacceptable in 2025.

Summary: Excellent staff especially Sofia. Very clean rooms and linens are changed daily.

Positive: Good location. Not much contact with staff but they were helpful in our requests. Clean. Nice bay view. Swimming pool.

Negative: Bathroom could be better equipped with a proper shower and mezzanine can be a bit claustrophobic for some people.
