Positive: I really liked the owner, very beautiful woman friendly and helpful with anything like reservations for some places on the island.The house is brand new with big rooms in white.You have ac in every room and a parking space with a roof so your car is all time in the shadow.I liked the view to the see.I liked that is in a more private area and is very quiet in the night.

Positive: Everything was new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony was great, except the ruined houses. There is a very good private parking at the property.

Negative: The location is in the ruined part of a small village. You absolutely need a car to reach anything, the closest supermarket is 15 minutes drive away, as are the restaurants, etc. The air conditioners are not strong enough to keep the whole apartment conditioned in the summertime. In the middle of the day it becomes uncomfortably hot and there are no heavy curtains or blinds in the main room to shade the room from the midday sun. The water smells very badly, smells like a mix of naphthalene and chlorine. From the balcony of the second room and from the kitchen window, we could see the terrible half ruined house, with a door that was like from a horror movie, just 10 meters away. The personnel was intrusive with the obligatory daily cleaning of the room, after some arguing we agreed upon a cleaning once in 3 days. This property is built for the owners, for the reasons only they know of, but not for the guests.

Summary: Not recommended for more than 2 days
