Summary: Yes, the room was spotless but it is the friendliness of the staff that makes our stay most enjoyable. The wide choice of breakfast suits everyone. Unfortunately we found the evening dinners a little too rich for our taste on this visit. Previous visits have had more choice for the evening meal, with some more 'basic' meals available. However the chef was most accommodating when it came to catering for allergies.

Summary: Rooms were a let down, dated and cold. Couldnt see out the windows as they were filthy. Staff were excellent throughout.

Summary: Lovely clean hotel looking a little tiered, meal on first night under seasoned and beef tough so could do better there. Room very warm ( why have the heating on n this weather.?). Kept running out of Prosecco But overall a nice stay .

Summary: Fantastic hotel. Every part of my stay was perfect staff very friendly and helpful, hotel and room were spotlessly clean, room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Far beyond my expectations.

Summary: Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. The food was excellent but there was no hospitality tray in our room. The decor is rather dated and the furniture was wobbly and old. It just needs an update but the view, the staff and the food made up for that.

Summary: Amazing views over Chesil Beach and Weymouth. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, stuck in the 70s–80s, and could do with a refresh.
