Positive: Location, comfort, beautiful back deck, easy to get to, friendly hosts, decorated really nice, it’s what I expected and much more.

Negative: Everything was amazing.

Summary: It’s really easy and fun to get to the park and museum. It took maybe 15 minutes to walk, and then a pleasant bike ride

Positive: Even before we arrived, Bianca was almost immediately helpfully responsive to a message sent to her about a foul up caused by the compromise of my credit card and the apparent inability of Booking.com's computer system to use a substituted newly-provided credit card for automatic payment for the booking. (Incidentally, our travel companions had a similar problem with Booking.com and a similar problem to mine in reporting any problem about Booking.com's system to Booking.com. So we loved staying at Hei-d Away and appreciated all the things Bianca did for us there but Booking.com proved frustrating.. It seems you can give feedback about Booking.com's client properties but cannot online or by telephone readily complain about or lodge complaints about Booking.com itself. I am sorry to bundle my very positive review of Hei-D Away, which deserves a 10 out of 10 for excellence, with a review that pans Booking.com and would give Booking.com a 0 out of 10 on what turned out to be a time consuming and frustrating Booking.com isdue - I had to contact each of quite a few hotels individually to explain the credit card problem and ask they not cancel my reservation.

Negative: There was nothing about Hei-D Away that we did't like.

Positive: This seemed like a newly renovated apartment attached to the main house where the owners live. All was lovingly decorated. The owners were very friendly and nice yet we had all the privacy we needed. The apartment is exceptionally clean, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment has a good shower. We enjoyed our brief but pleasant stay.

Negative: Be aware there are stairs up to the flat.

Summary: A lovely new and comfortable apartment.

Positive: The hosts are hospital and friendly! They will meet and great you and give you a boutique hotel treatment. The property is amazing. I enjoyed every second of my stay here. It is neat! Super clean (which I care the most) well equipped, I found every thing I needed, and it’s neat which I, and beautiful!. I have to mention the high quality of the toilet paper and soap. They offer you a free car parking as well. The location is perfect. Bike rental shop, bakery, restaurants, Spar all are just next to you or opposite the street (3mins walking). The national park is 15 mins walking and there is a street to an amazing forest behind the property (~10mis walking). You can rent a bike and ride it very easily.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: We provided our own breakfasts, beyond the teas and coffee the hosts provided. We were very happy with the arrangements.

Positive: This place is A1, 5 stars, and every other superlative one can think of. Clean, bright, and shiny facilities. Not over-the-top with silly touches, just very solid and very comfortable. From the friendly in-person greeting from Bianca, to the precise and concise tutorial on the details, this place is in the top 1% of accommodations we've found in our travels. Great location for visiting the national park, easy walk to dinner and good Spar grocery.

Negative: Nothing really. No complaints of any type.
