Summary: Super friendly staff, happy to help with our request to pop a bottle of wine in their fridge for us. They also provided us with cereal bars and cartons of juice for breakfast on our checkout day as we were leaving really early.

Summary: The welcome by Linda was warm and personable and even though I arrived a bit early, my room was ready. I stayed in a single twin bed, it was comfortable and there was plenty of space for luggage, etc. The bathroom was newly renovated and the tiles and fixtures are top quality--best shower in Scotland! Well stocked coffee & tea station--specialty herbal teas and hot coco! Breakfast was delicious with a multitude of options. If you want porridge order the night before. It is a bit out of the center but very walkable. Great 3-day stay! Will definitely return!!!

Summary: Loved staying here, Linda was very welcoming. Street parking was easy outside the house. My room was very clean and comfortable, I enjoyed better sleep here than at home. Convenient location, the walk in to town is 10 minutes maximum, and there is a nearby Spar store at the petrol station.
