Positive: The place is beautiful inside, really roomy for a family. Exactly as represented. Definitely would book again.

Negative: The light fix out on the deck need to be cleaned of webs periodically

Positive: This home has the most gorgeous views we’ve ever seen. Long range and very impressive. The house was comfortable and super clean, upscale with a cozy lodge feel. The mattresses were comfortable and the fireplace was fantastic. Kitchen has every appliance you could need and the attached but private MIL suite with kitchen and loft bedroom was perfect if you need to get away from the group and have some quiet time. The hot tub faced the beautiful view and was large and situated on the lowest level and mostly under the upper deck so that it could be enjoyed even on a rainy day.

Negative: Nothing- it was fantastic.

Summary: Don’t think twice, just book this superb home.

Positive: The house is on top of the mountain and you truly feel that you are a world away. The house is perfectly situated near Boone, Blowing Rock and Benner Elk, making access to all very easy. The house has such lovely details.

Negative: I thought that having to take our trash would be cumbersome but actually the waste facility is just at the bottom Of the mountain.

Summary: A real gem, at the top a mountain. A rare find with 3 private spaces for adults and 1 for kids

Negative: outdoor kitchen, pots, cooking pans, kitchen utensils, all bed covers, sofa pillows need to be replaced, tvs hard to use, no remotes in bedrooms, linens for pullout sofa don’t fit mattress

Summary: was a big disappointment for my guests, sold as a 5 star property, but wasn’t.
