Positive: Lovely rural location not far from Buttevant and also close to the Ballyhoura mountains. Generally well equipped kitchen with a large separate dining room and comfortable lounge. Ideal as a base for our walking holiday. Excellent welcome pack left by our hostess was a bonus. Comfortable double beds.

Negative: One of the twin beds was very uncomfortable and all the bed linen was in need of updating.

Summary: A very good base for a visit to the northern part of County Cork.
