Positive: Property exactly as pictured. Lovely accommodation. Super clean. Amazing communication with host. Centre of Kelso!

Negative: It has lots of stairs so might be worth bearing that in mind if anyone struggles with stairs or has young children!

Positive: We liked the location , very well situated.

Negative: The property hadn't been aired and smelled stale on arrival,had to open doors. There was no welcome pack, Coffee pods or any Wine which was on the advertised list. Only items seemed to be left from previous guests. Beds were uncomfortable which caused us to leave a day early. The owner seems very nice but had the feeling they'd given up as We were the second to last booking. Would have liked to have been offered some kind of refund for early check out. Didn't mention above to owner as was waiting until I had relaxed at Home but then couldn't access the message service. Have stayed in many self catering accommodations , this was disappointing, despite the great location.
