Summary: Each year my husband and I give our children and grandchildren a vacation for Christmas, for the following summer. We have a beautiful blended family with a daughter and son each and their families. This year all but one daughter and her family made it. We cook, eat, shop and just enjoy a week of family. Our grandchildren range from 18 to 3 yrs old. 2025 was our 3rd year and definitely did not disappoint. This house was perfect for all our family! It was very private and not too far from the fun of Pigeon Forge, Gattlenburg and Dollywood . We enjoyed the Dolly Stampede, waded in the beautiful roadside streams, road a mountain rollercoaster, and watched the sunset at Clingmans Dome! Oh so many things to do and never enough time to do it all, but we sure tried! Check in and out was a snap!!

Summary: Wow-what a breathtaking place both inside and out. It was everything it looked like on booking. Pool was biggest hit because of weather. We used all 6 bedrooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Theater room awesome, playing pool was fun. Very close to everything but secluded. Road up was a little scary. Host was so helpful and available.
