For FAMILIES, there is a large park 1 minute away, the Arizona canal walking path less than 0.5 miles away, and Spring training facilities within 10 minutes!
When you walk in the front door you enter a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. There is a huge 65” smart TV with access to all your streaming services (your own login credentials required) and a modern leather sectional. The living room is connected to the completely remodeled kitchen, finished with sparkling stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything you need to cook all your favorite meals. The bedrooms all feature high-end memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding. The primary bedroom features a KING bed, desk for any remote work needs, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a QUEEN bed and private backyard and Spa access. The large 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The room is perfect for friends or for all the kids to hang out and argue about who gets the top bunks!

The pool features a true 10 foot deep end for families and relatives to compete for best dive and biggest cannonball! The main attraction is the BRAND NEW SPA with room for 6 adults, comfortably. The spa has an elegant travertine finish and luxurious spillway into the main pool! In addition to the pool and spa, the back yard comes furnished with games to play and pass the time (Cornhole (aka bags) and Jenga). There are plenty of lounge chairs and space to layout, relax and enjoy the sun and palm trees with your favorite ice cold beverage. For a break from the sun and heat there is a massive 400 square foot covered patio. Under the patio is a huge 8 person dining table and plenty of space to host a big family meal. Two Adirondack chairs offer a place to sit, relax and read a book or sip your morning coffee. To top off the outdoor experience, there is a large 55” smart TV under the patio with access to all your streaming subscriptions. The TV is placed perfectly so that you can watch from the pool, spa, or anywhere in the backyard. The backyard is completed with a grill and grill accessories and the pool comes with rafts, life jackets and goggles.
