Summary: This property has a lot of great upgrades like Nest thermostats with separate heat and cool controls for upstairs and down, great shower heads, and security system. It is lacking a few things of which I have advised the property owner. The owner was quick to respond to concerns about water timers in yard and previous occupants mess left in yard. A working bbq would be great too. Overall a good place to stay right across the street from a golf course. With a little more TLC it would be a higher rating.
