Positive: We had purposefully booked 2 rooms in the main house given the time of year we choose not to stay in the pods. On arrival - we were allocated two pods. This was disappointing given the choice allowed at the booking stage. One of the pods was fine, the other was on an angle and my colleague found it hard to sleep. No apology was offered - the staff told us it was too late (19:30) to have anyone to help us and basically that we had no other option.

Summary: Overall it was a pleasant stay - but it would have been nice to stay in the rooms we booked.
