Positive: It was clean and had a special look inside. Comfortable place to sit outside.

Negative: The photo that I saw for the advertisement I thought it was a place alone without neighbors. Our luck the place next door was not occupied so we had our privacy but if it was occupied I would have been tremendously disappointed. We are a family of 5 adults and it would have been a very different experience to be next door to a family with young children.The
