Positive: Lovely location First class rooms/suites

Negative: Cleaners knocking on our door and staff calling our rooms to tell us to check out when we had already arranged a late check out. Basic breakfast- can’t even have toast! Heating in room just didn’t work. Eventually a fire/heater was set up. This is a 5 star facility let down by some poor customer service but the manager took onboard our comments and gave a refund. Much appreciated

Positive: Everything. Its impossible to dislike the tranquility and peace that this place has to offer. And to top it all off, management and the rest of the team are really warm, welcoming and will definitely go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. Well done guys.

Positive: This is a wonderful, one of a kind small boutique lodging overlooking a golf course. Our room was huge with tall ceilings and impeccably beautiful furnishings. We had a lovely private outdoor patio next to the golf course. This is the antithesis of chain hotel. A very high quality Continental breakfast was served in the nearby golf course club house.

Negative: Nothing. It is fabulous!!!

Positive: The location is amazing. The room was spotless. Everything is just a luxury. Breakfast was delicious and for free. Overall experience is great.

Negative: At the restorant , it would be great to replace tables at the patio. They were clean but didn't look clean because of stains. It's not good for luxury facilities.

Negative: expected better selection for breakfast, mostly sweet selection over savoury. Asked for some bread as they ran out, and it never arrived. The pastries were delicious though.
