Positive: Location is perfect. Staff was very easy to communicate with and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Parking easy and free.

Negative: The heating stops at night so it tends to be cooler in the night. The sofa bed is really hard. The dryer did not work and the dishwasher also not. For 2 weeks rental not enough glasses for 5 people (only 2 glasses).

Positive: It was a great location, easy to find with accessible parking.

Negative: The shower/bath was not sealed properly and flooded the entire bathroom with only 1 shower. So only one person of our party of 6 was able to shower.

Summary: Beautiful apartment with plenty of room for 6 adults!

Positive: Location near Underground & shops. Availability of Parking in street outside. Warm! Comfortable spacious living area. Comfortable beds with hanging space for clothes. Quiet block. Attractively furnished. Kitchen has great coffee machine with complimentary beans; also kettle & various teabags. Very much appreciated thank you. Adequate China, chopping board, pots & pans etc

Negative: The shower screen was inadequate for the men who are both over 6’ which meant I had to mop up a lot of water after their showers. No plug for the bath so I couldn’t have a soak. No plug for basin or kitchen sink either. In our bedroom only one side light had a power socket so ornamental only. Bed was electric but not plugged in & too heavy to move tho we weren’t too bothered. Living room was too bright in evenings as both ceiling & table lights came on together. The pretty multi-shaded standard light couldn’t be used as the Internet was plugged into the only power socket. I think it should be made clear it is a Basement apartment. Wine glasses would be a nice addition.
