Positive: We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding at nearby Stone Barn. The property was ideal for all the morning prep with bridesmaids hair and make up etc and enough space, the lights were so pretty, the kitchen well equipped, the rooms were a good size , there was plenty of parking space. loved it thank you

Negative: Access off the road a little sudden and near to roundabout - a couple of people missed the entrance when arriving

Positive: Open living/dining area and great location for exploring the Cotswolds. Beautifully decorated.

Negative: Bed in master and twin room extremely firm, not comfortable at all. Whilst the facilities were clean, there was a lot of dust - bedheads and skirting boards need to be wiped/deep cleaned. A lot of spiders inside, place may need to be fumigated. The trees to the right coming out of the driveway need to be trimmed as very hard to see oncoming traffic.

Summary: Beautiful property, comfortable living/dinig area and great base to explore the area.

Negative: It took a while to load the TV as only streaming apps available to watch programmes not live TV. I think it was ok after the first load though.

Positive: Beautiful interior, tastefully designed. Had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds. Lovely size of property. Welcome treats very much appreciated.

Negative: Poop outside on the courtyard area, Security needs improvement. They need to put in a tall locked gate by the courtyard, if guests have young children they could easily run out if playing outside.

Summary: All in all a fabulous stay.

Positive: Modern, very clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, a real home from home.

Negative: The location was more remote than we thought. We thought we would be able to walk into nearby Northleach along the main roads but there was only grass verge and unsuitable for a pushchair.

Positive: Loved everything. It was incredibly comfy and cozy and well-equipped. Very much loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Negative: Under floor heating was amazing however it did get a touch warm at some points in time
