Summary: The staff were so friendly from the moment we checked in until we left . Lovely lady at reception checked us in and a guy got us a cold towel and a glass of sparkling wine . The setting for the resort is beautiful. Rooms v comfortable with great view and even an outside shower ! We only tried the Buffet which had a good choice and was v fresh . Wine and beer was good .

Summary: My wife and I stayed for a week at Hawksbill Resort and the only thing going for this place is the beach, the nice pool, and the decent rooms. Most of the staff at the restaurants were rude, would sit you at your table but never come back, and or would take your drink order but never come back with it. Our room had a issue with the AC leaking and then it would leak into the ceiling over the toilet, so every time you used the bathroom you would get water dripping on to you. Also my wife is pregnant, she would order drinks on the Mocktail options, but most of the time they wouldn’t know what drink it was or would put alcohol in it. The food options they put online is no where close to what they serve at the buffets, every night the sides were the same, only thing that changed was the protein they served. On top of all that the amount of flies that would try to land on your food for every meal was disgusting, they have no fly traps or anything to try to help mitigate them. The only fly trap I saw was at the beach bar but they had it turned off.

Summary: When we arrived, we booked a beachfront bungalow. From the pictures on their website, we thought we were getting a room on the beach. You know, the ones where you literally walk out the door and your feet are in the sand and the ocean is steps away. Not the case. We were facing the ocean and had a full view of the ocean, but it was not the room we booked. With that said, the room was decent, rustic would be the best word to explain the room. The major issue with the room was the bugs and the cleaning staff never cleaned them up. We purposefully left the dead ants and mosquitos on the bathroom sink to see if they would get cleaned up but they never did. Staff literally swept the floors (inside and on the patio) and made the bed; thats it. We had a fridge but never received and drinks for said fridge. The couple we went with requested a few cokes and Ginger Ales and was told they could not take them from the bar and would have to purchase soft drinks from the gift shop. Now come on, this is an all inclusuve resort and we have to purchase non alcoholic sodas from the gift shop???? First time for this girl! Now, lets chat about the staff.....I was so disappointed. We had to get a majority of our drinks ourselves. Only 1 guy getting drinks for the people at the pool, the beach and people sitting in the chairs outside the beach front rooms, which by the way is a HIKE so if you see him, be ready to wait.

Summary: The room was beautiful with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. The pool was nice and clean and they could use another one. The food was delicious and plentiful and the drinks were awesome. We loved our vacation there! Thank you! 😊💯

Summary: Upon check in I realized that the room that I paid for was not the room that I received. I would not recommend this resort for a solo traveler, singles, girls trips or anyone under 50 years old.
