Negative: everything difficult to get into. Internet and tv. Have they ever heard of Alexa? So easy for rental for use with lights tv, etc.

Positive: Location was great overlooking the Manitou Islands.
Negative: The carpet was expensive carpet in 1992 (white wool loop). It was extremely stained and gross.
Summary: Great location at a place out of a 1970’s time capsule.

Positive: The setting of Hawk’s Nest 58 is wonderful, the nicely positioned windows and screened in deck provided beautiful views of Lake Michigan. The location is also great for enjoying area entertainment and recreation - parks, hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, hunting, snow skiing, shopping, children’s activities, etc. The Condo contained everything necessary for food preparation and preservation, indoor relaxation and resting, staying in and going out. Whether the fee is the same at all times of the year or due to being in the “off season” the rate was very reasonable, providing far more than we expected.
Negative: What could have been better - just three things: some minor repairs to cabinet door (under the kitchen sink,) oiling a couple squeaky doors, sound boosters for the tv’s.
Summary: We were well pleased and would excitedly return!
