Positive: I liked the fact that hotel is located in a quiet place. So we didn't hear any noise coming from the roads and cars.

Negative: I wish there was a breakfast provided in the hotel.

Positive: Our window had a mesh screen which we loved. Nice size room. Security cameras everywhere. Beds were comfortable

Negative: Bathroom was not 100% clean, hair left in the drain and dusty mats. Other than that it was fairly clean. We found it a bit strange that no one was at reception even though owner can see through cameras. Rooms/AC were in need of a cleaning Smell of damp in one of the rooms that made it difficult to sleep We thought it was a bit expensive for what it is. But maybe that's a Sihanoukville price.

Negative: Lots of mosquitoes and bugs. The door had a wide gap that someone could look through and it could close only after double locking it.

Negative: Room was dark, no windows, 3rd floor no elevator and poorly illuminated..beach dirty. Rundown building and nothing to see or do in near surroundings
