Positive: Quiet spot. Clean in an old world 80s sort of way. The bathroom was a mix of very acceptable new shower and basin, but old loo. Actually not cleaned properly.
Negative: Facilities really under whelming. There was old milk and some other half empty juice in the fridge. Old bread in an opened packet and some other non descript packets of biscuits I think. Absolutely no breakfast like the picture. Nothing.

Positive: The apartment has some positive aspects, including a decent amount of space, private parking, and a working air conditioner.
Negative: The biggest issue was that we could not reach the host by phone because the number provided was invalid (Orange France voicemail indicated that the number did not exist). The breakfast was very poor and far below the standard of other Booking.com properties, making the listing seem misleading when comparing accommodation options. The bed is located directly under a roof window with no blind, so the room becomes very bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the apartment was acceptable for a short stay, but the inaccurate contact information and disappointing breakfast significantly affected our experience.

Positive: We stayed one night at Haven Sierentz on the way home. The place is simple but very clean, well-equipped, and calm. Easy check-in and a welcoming host made the stay even nicer.

Positive: The apartment was a good size and offered a GREAT night of sleep. The area is quiet and feels very safe too. It was clean, and well-equipped. Having a kitchenette at a stay is a really nice feature. The owners were kind and helpful when I needed help learning to use the door lock!

Positive: This accommodation does everything it says on the tin, it is priced fairly and has everything you need for the night, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, if the location suits your needs and you are on a budget then this place is ideal. Good shower and really large bed.
Negative: Only issue we had which was out of the control of our hosts was somebody was letting off fireworks that night and we could here noise from what appeared to be a bar, however we are light sleepers so it may not bother other guests and it may not be a regular occurance.
Summary: Great value budget accommodation.
