Positive: Amazing hosts Amazing location Amazing proximity to Beaufort St (best food ever) Turner suite has 2 courtyards Sculptures were good to look at Cozy cozy

Negative: Some of the facilities could be amended e.g. kitchen faucet was loose, bedside drawers were somewhat unusable, shower seal was coming away. There was no freezer (understandable bc more like a hotel)

Positive: Good location just 10 mins by car to the city Centre. Free parking throughout our stay is a bonus. A very clean and cosy accommodation with everything you need for a short stay.

Negative: Would have been great to have daily housekeeping.

Positive: Very friendly & accomodating hosts, Lolita was able to accomodate my slight change in plans for this trip. The venue was superb, clean and inviting - this is my new Go-to place for business trips to Perth!

Negative: Nothing! The room was perfect for what my intended stay was for, I needed a bench / table to catch up on work (being out for meetings all day) a comfortable bed to sleep, it ticked all boxes. Lolita even provided great tips on where to find something to eat in the area....

Summary: Very inviting place, friendly & helpful hosts - my rating is 10/10
