The Haven is located in James Island and is perfectly positioned to be in the middle of two of the main attractions of Charleston, namely the beach (Folly) and downtown Charleston. When you walk in you're greeted by a bright and airy interior with beach and classic Charleston inspired decor.
The living room features a large sectional that invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. In the spacious kitchen you will find it is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, a high end coffee bar, and the necessary cooking tools that are perfect for preparing delicious meals with family and friends.
All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated in an intentional way that invites you to feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. They are all equipped with Smart TVs and there is a Netflix account provided so you are able to enjoy TV together in the living room or separately at your own convenience. Every bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner.
Venture outside to your own private oasis. The outdoor space is the highlight of this property, with ample space to relax, cook, and play with a perfect view of the lights and clear night sky (weather permitting of course). Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at Mo’s house. It was perfect for a group of 6 and all expectations were exceeded. The house is in a wonderful location, a quiet neighborhood but perfectly in between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Mo was also very quick to respond and worked with us on check in time!

Summary: The host was excellent, communicating with us well in advance and throughout the trip. The home was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. I highly recommend it as a place to stay for your trip to Charleston. It is centrally located, just a 15-minute drive to both the beach and downtown. Even during peak times, Uber rides were no more than 35!

Summary: Our stay was lovely & Mo was available to answer all of our questions. Very convenient to the airport, beaches & downtown Charleston as well as a few other attractions. The house was very clean & beds were comfortable, etc.

Summary: This property provided a nice stay and was an easy drive into the city. Communication with Mo was excellent. There was an issue with the A/C while we were there and Mo was extremely responsive and provided a fix very quickly. When it was discovered that something was left at the house, we were immediately notified and offered for it to be returned. I believe this property would be a good choice for anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood stay while visiting the Charleston area.

Summary: Well located on James Island. Quiet neighborhood. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in with us daily by text to make sure everything was okay.

Summary: We had an amazing time! The home was so warm and cozy, felt like a home away from home. The owner was very informative and sent us key reminders for checkout which I appreciated. The hot tub was excellent! We only stayed 2 nights but I would definitely come back to this location. It’s also only about 10 minutes from Folly Beach which was so convenient.

Summary: This was a clean, very well-organized VRBO with a responsive, professional, and polite host. We are a quiet family traveling to see relatives nearby, and this was the perfect stay. Plenty of room without being a huge house, thoughtful details, price was fair given the holiday season and the attentiveness of the host. This is purely residential down a nice little street (so might not be the neighborhood young people would want for an exciting time on spring break), but if you’re a party of adults or a family with older elementary or middle-school kids, this is perfect! We would certainly come back again.

Summary: We had such a great time at this house. It was really cute, very clean, and nice amenities. We loved the popcorn and liquid IV on the counter. The hot tub was great and the backyard was really cute. Mo was very attentive to our needs. Even filled a new propane tank within 10 minutes of us asking! Most definitely recommend this place!
