Negative: Restaurant menu fairly limited, particularly for vegetarians. Bar only had Chardonnay and Vinho Verdi white wines in stock. Apparently they were awaiting a delivery.

Positive: The location was very good . Parking at the property was good .

Negative: The property was a bit dated and needed some repairs the lift kept getting stuck between floors . The breakfast could have been hotter . Didn’t see any form of management present at the hotel .

Summary: Our stay was pleasant, good food and location,would visit sandbanks again but a different hotel .

Positive: The leisure center was good, and certainly an excellent place to relax. The views were excellent and always gave you something to look at.

Negative: The food was not very good, expensive and certainly did not meet our expectations!!! The ferry noise late at night was not great but of course that’s not the hotels fault.

Positive: A warm welcome upon checking in. Staff very kindly helped us with a room change for more space with our little one. Lots on offer for breakfast. Friendly staff, especially the lifeguards round the pool, who were very attentive and gave our little one a couple of floats to play with. Clean rooms and communal areas. Direct access on to the beach is great.
