Positive: This home is absolutely gorgeous! It is located in a quiet gated community deep in the rainforest where you are surrounded by the natural sounds of Puerto Rico's tropical animals. We absolutely loved hearing the National frog (Coqui) chirp at us, and at night, the songs of the forest put us to sleep. The views from every patio and window are breathtaking, it truly is a one-of-a-kind experience! Ricardo has also set up a wonderful downstairs game room and patio pool for your enjoyment. It was raining while we were there, so we only enjoyed the pool table, not the pool, but the party patio is absolutely perfect for groups. We wished we had our family and/or friends there with us to enjoy it. It was just my wife and I on this trip, so we rented way too much house for our needs, but it was perfect! You can tell that he has done a ton of upgrades and modernization of the home, it has almost everything you could need (a few nuances mentioned below). The location is just a few minutes away from Caguas, which is a big city that has everything you could imagine needing, but you get to come home at night and enjoy a beverage or meal in the quiet seclusion of the rainforest and soak in the beautiful views. My wife and I even went for a long walk in the neighborhood and it's got some steep hills and it's a fun place to get your steps in. The neighbors are very kind and friendly too. This is the kind of place that you bring a tight knit group of family or friends, run to town and get your groceries, and grill/chill and enjoy. On top of all of that, from this house, we were able to easily access beaches on the north, east, and south coasts. You're literally less than an hour away from 2/3rds of Puerto Ricos best beaches! Look up places like Luquillo, El Maktio beach bar and grill, and Palmas del Mar.

Negative: We have already provided this guidance to the homeowner, but just to be clear, the driveway to the house is technically the second one on the right, but it appeared to be the first one on the right to us, because the actual first driveway is kinda hidden behind a long white fence. Also, I think Ricardo is working out some hot water issues with the amazingly beautiful master bathroom, but I do recommend this property. And we made a couple of convenience recommendations to the owner privately, but he is definitely motivated to have it all ready for the next guests! Ultimately, as very experienced travelers, my wife and I want you to feel assured, this is a great place. Even though it's a new listing with not many ratings. With first hand experience (and a few cleanliness comments to the owner), we feel that he'll get it right. The home, the location, the surroundings, everything is great besides a few tweaks. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Positive: Great views. Large villa, plenty of sleep options. Bright and clean. Bathrooms on each level. Nice privacy and security. Master suite nicely isolated from other bedrooms.

Negative: Property needs attention, particularly outdoors. Pool not functional for a time."Play area a mess, pool cues no tips, dart board lying under a bench, TV no connection. Property needs to be managed by a local entity that can inspect and attend to it, rather than U.S. stateside rep.

Summary: Spacious, clean, private, great views, nice location, ample sleeping quarters. Recommend.

Positive: Georgia was amazing ! Took care of every detail ! She leave us toys (as presents) for our kids, home made plum jam and cookies. The property was clean and location was fantastic. Totally recommended !!!

Negative: The apartment located on the second floor which makes it a little bit difficult with big suitcases.

Positive: I didn't meet the hosts but the instructions were very decent. We had a wonderful surprise when we entered the apartment - the hosts left us a lot of presents: Bottle of wine, fruits, vegetables, souvenir magnet from the town, a lot of cookies, olives, olive oil, small bottles of alcohol drinks. It was overwhelming! I made some shopping in the nearby store and bakery and we had a wonderful meal thanks to all mentioned above attention. Besides that, the place is utilized with the state art technology and standard of all the facilities is top notch! I definitely will recommend staying in Christos Home!

Negative: Can't think of one thing
