Positive: Great communication from the Owners throughout & the home was so well equipped. They thought of everything to make our stay just perfect! The gated veranda was ideal to allow our dog to safely go outside in the fresh air.

Negative: Everything was good & we wouldn't hesitate to return next year with our Grandchildren!

Summary: Great, well equipped Holiday home. Comfortable & cosy beds & spacious living area.

Positive: Extremely impressed with all of the little extras which Andrea provided. These along with copious amounts of dvds and Xbox games as well as streaming services on the tv, really ensured there was plenty of things to keep everyone happy whilst in the caravan. The caravan suited us perfectly and offered everything we needed. Would def go back.

Positive: The property was lovely and clean, ready for us to start our holiday. Lots of space and had everything we needed. The kids really loved the little spade man nightlights in their rooms and it was like a home from home.

Positive: We loved the thought and effort that went into making the property not only child but SEN friendly. There’s not enough accommodation that is tailored to little ones with additional needs. If we had forgotten any of their sensory equipment there was enough to help keep the children going until we could have reached a shop for all of our children’s ages (11,7 & 5). It was like a home from home experience which not only alleviated our anxieties as parents but helped the children settle well so we could enjoy spending time together as a family!

Negative: The price and lack of entertainment provided by Haven itself. We booked through private letters so in order to access night time entertainment and on-site activities even the swimming pool the play passes for 3-4 nights were £188. You then had to pay an additional fee for all activities except swimming. There is no way any parent would pay £188 just to use swimming facilities and evening entertainment which we heard was disappointed. Glad we decided not to purchases the play passes and was able to use that money on days out.

Summary: Immaculate and SEN friendly! Our hosts were phenomenal!
