Although shops, restaurants, and lake access are only a 10 minute drive away, the area feels peaceful, private and secluded. The front door opens to a bright and clean home with skylights that allow natural light in to energize your day. The interior has been decorated in a modern country style that will make you feel warm and content, as if you are finally home. Pass by a piano to enter the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, perfect to unwind or relax on a vacation day. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining room, ideal for entertaining, with an island bar seating 4 and a formal table seating 6.The master bedroom contains a king size bed, dresser, walk in shower, water closet, and large walk-in closet. The second room near the living room features a queen size trundle day bed, with a full size mattress that pulls out below, an armoire, and a small TV. The third room holds a twin over queen bunk bed, with an additional twin size trundle bed that pulls from below the queen, a dresser, and a closet. The second bathroom, which will have you thinking you have escaped to the ocean, contains a shower with tub. The third bathroom is accessed from the garage, if you find your family scrambling to get ready and out the door for lake activity. There is a large laundry room with a brand new LG washer and dryer. Summary: Our family of 4 stayed at the property for11 days. We had a little hiccup on the first day when we checked in, so I contacted Nadine. She responded quickly & took care of everything right away. The house was great! Exactly like the pictures, It sits in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's close to McCulloch Blvd which runs throughout Havasu which made it easy to drive downtown, the restaurants & the grocery store. Our family used the pool every day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool & enjoy the sunrise and the sunsets each day. I highly recommend this property - we'd stay again!

Summary: Our weekend stay at the Bluegrass property was great. We enjoyed a quiet bachelor party getaway. Property is clean and in a nice, convenient location. Definitely would return to stay here in the future.

Summary: The process was easy and the owner was in communication from day 1. She has a very nice house and big. It was clean and not that far from the lake. We used the house more at night because e spent the day at the lake. In the night time we enjoyed the pool. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
