Positive: We liked everything! It was an excellent stay in superb location! Helena ( the owner) was great and very kind to us! We will come back definitely. Very clean, comfortable and large bed! Kitchen in great condition! Amazing views and very quite location.

Positive: This was perfect for my visiting daughter and grandchildren as my house isn't big enough to accommodate everyone. The house was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The rooms are all a good size and there's the bonus of a little rear porch area, leaving to the back garden - also great for general dumping. We had a small issue with the wifi but Matthew (very pleasant and helpful) came and sorted it out for us straight away. I would definitely recommend this property - very close to the A1(M) if you need to travel and good parking available. There's a large Tesco nearby, also Aldi, as well as various smaller shops dotted around. I'm local, so I know what's available but for visitors coming from further afield, I would also highly recommend Walker's butchers at nearby Simpasture shops, where you'll also find a Morrisons local and a good visit chippy (although the opening hours are a bit strange).

Negative: It's a shame that the garden isn't particularly nice but as stated, this is a work in progress (and I know how long gardens can take to sort).

Negative: To reach this house you need a car, however this didn't bother us as we had our rental car.

Positive: We last visited 2 years ago and found that the property was pretty much the same as then. The house is warm and clean. Nice big bathroom bed was comfortable as was the room. Kitchen was well equipt had what you would need for a cooked meal etc

Negative: Was very disappointed that the washing machine had been 'disarmed' as we work away most of the week sometimes more and rely on the use for our work clothes we do pick accomadation which offers the use of a washing machine. Find the lounge furniture uncomfortable springs etc.
